| Introduction | My mom, Faye, and I just finished planning my wedding while living in a different states. As this was the first time for me as a bride and for Faye as the mother of the bride, we didn't even know where to begin! Phone calls just wouldn't work and we didn't want to buy two of every wedding magazine, so we started emailing pictures that we had collected that we either liked, loved, or just couldn't resist sharing with each other (there are some very nutty wedding ideas out there!). We had so much fun exchanging pictures that we decided it would be fun to keep it going once we are through with wedding planning, and we agreed that it would be fun to share them with other mothers & daughters in a blog! We hope that mothers and daughters at all stages will enjoy our posts, and if you are planning a wedding- either as the bride or the mother of the bride- maybe you will see something that you like and can use yourself. At the very least, we hope to introduce you to new pretty ideas everyday! |
