| Introduction | Diego Boscardin founded icomasoft ag together with Dennis Zimmer in July 2008 and was appointed Chairman, President and CEO. Before joining icomasoft ag, he held the positions of Managing Director and Delegate to the Board of Symantec Switzerland and Managing Director of VERITAS Software Switzerland. During the five and a half years assignment he grew Veritas’ and Symantec’s Switzerland business from 10m US$ to 80m US$ in profitable revenues and achieved the 2nd best productivity per head in EMEA. Diego A. Boscardin can look back on over 20 years experience in the IT hardware and software industry, where he held Management and Senior Executive Management positions in leading American, European and Swiss companies. Before moving to VERITAS Software he held the position of a General Manager and Board Member of EMC Switzerland.
