| Introduction | Average guy turned entrepreneur turned wino. I threw out my old 9-5 (and reliable paycheck) and broke ground in the Food and Beverage industry. After completing the first CMS exam, I started as the sommelier at a wine bar called "Vino at Trios". Almost two years after, I passed my CMS Certified Exam and moved to the lead sommelier position at Hakkasan Beverly Hills. Currently, I hold the Lead Sommelier position at Scarpetta with Montage Beverly Hills and I am also the Wine Director at Vino at Trios. |
