Introduction Doing a deep dive into the food science behind how our favorite recipes are created, as well as exploring the culture and history around the recipe. Online tools to help you in the kitchen - Convert the sodium level in a sauce/spice mix to a salinity level to allow for more intuitive cooking, or to substitute one sauce for another. Taking a closer look at the ingredients we use, and finding imaginative ways to use them to improve other dishes. Examining the nutritional benefits of some foods, particularly related to mental health, with specific recipes geared towards cultivating healthy gut fauna / intestinal biome.
Interests Food science, art and culture, history and exploring flavors. Health, both physical and mental. Right now, stomach biome and exercise.
