Introduction	I am a 32-year old tall (5'11") midwestern gal on a weight loss mission. I had an AP standard lapband installed on January 12, 2011. I work full-time in a hospital, and am a part-time nursing student. My lap-band has been the only successful way of losing weight despite having hypothyroidism and PCOS.
