But what I have learned through my life experience - about waking up, about freedom, about a depth of aliveness in each moment - is important. “Just this moment, when this silence pervades, who am I? A nobody, a non-entity. I don't have a name, I don't have a form. I am neither man nor woman, Hindu nor Muslim. I don't belong to any country, to any nation, to any race. I am not the body, not the mind. Then who am I? In this silence, what is the taste of me? How does it taste to be? Just peace…..just a silence……and out of that peace and silence a great joy starts surfacing, welling up, for no reason at all. It is my spontaneous nature.”
