| Introduction | I have been delivering community food enterprise and training projects as a full time job for the past 7 years. These projects have been based in central London and have all shared a common goal of using food to address health and social inequalities. I have worked collaboration with national and local charities, schools, children's centres, social enterprises, housing associations and local councils to design and deliver a broad range of projects specific to the needs of target individuals and groups. These projects have all been designed to build the capacity and confidence of individuals or partner organisations, enabling them to achieve goals such as the establishment of local community cafes, catering and street food businesses. |
