| Introduction | I am a teenage girl who has recently left home due to an abusive situation. I have begun to discover that I am only who I make myself. I am not defined by my family members, my religion, my education or my occupation. Only by my own goals, accomplishments, mistakes and lessons. I am a daughter, sister, student, lifeguard, writer, and as my number one proud accomplishment in life, I am a friend. I love to write, swim, solve mind puzzles, give and get hugs, and laugh! I believe there are many people in the world who were or are in my same situation and the option to talk to someone, without judgement or having to say who you are, is a wonderful thing.
