Introduction	I'm a happily married wife and mother to 2 INSANE boys. I live just outside of Seattle WA, work full time in the electrical industry and love to spend time with my family and friends. I grew up cooking with my mom, aunts, grandma and anyone else who would let me. I remember at 7 making Chicken Courdon Bleu for my mom's birthday dinner, ALL BY MYSELF! That was just the beginning! I am passionate about what I eat, and I LOVE food! If you can eat it, I can cook it - challenge me!
Interests	Cooking, hanging out with my kids, family and friends, being outside on nice days, road trips.
