| Introduction | I decided to put together a fitness challenge here at work in order to raise morale and have people, myself included get in shape. I was expecting a low to moderate turnout, but to my surprise the turnout was phenomenal. There were 100 people that signed up for the challenge. We had a local gym come in and do bodyfat tests on all participants. I'm excited, as I'm sure are the rest of the people that signed up. I wish all of you the best of luck and "HAPPY TREADMILLING" |
