| Introduction | Let's see...Female, older than I should be, turned 50 in 2015, married to my wife for 11+ years, and we have an amazing 9 year old daughter, who will definitely be the death of us! I started going to therapy when I was in my early 20's, mostly for depression. Little did I know that there was so much more going on. I've journaled for years, which I guess is a sympton of my overall problem(s). I prefer to keep everything inside as I'm uncomfortable with how I feel. This blog, with lots of encouragement from my current ex T, is my first attempt to put things out to the universe. |
