Introduction	それぞれの個性を持ち、それぞれのスタイルを持つ女性たち。女性ひとりひとりはユニークなスパイスのようなもの。そんなスパイスたちが、自分のライフスタイルに合わせ、個性や才能を活かしながら仕事をするためのソリューション（解決策）のひとつは「独立」だと考えています。そして、独立したい女性たちにソリューションを提供するのがスパイスラックです。独立に必要なインフラが用意されている場所で、女性たちがお互いに協力し合えるコミュニティーを育む場所と考えています。 Women are like spices, each with their unique characteristics, flair and style. We give celebration to this individuality and believe that starting your own business is a solution to women being able to utilize their talents while balancing the various responsibilites of life. Spice Rack provides these women with the infrastructure necessary to embark on this venture and access to a community of other women in similar situations.
