Introduction	With only 12 weeks to go b4 Xmas, I've deciced to create my Slimming World Final Footsteps Blog! I have 24lbs to lose for target which'll be 4 stone lost in total and I thought if I recorded the last 12 weeks each day I would stay focused and on track and if anyone finds this blog then maybe provide motivation and inspiration for others on the way. My starting weight was 13 stone 3lbs and my BMI was 30.9 and my weigh in day is Tues 9.15am with Julie Murray's Slimming World Group, Liscard, Wallasey
