Which is more important to you and why: flexibility or expandability?
Flexibility. The biggest issue with people today is they do not have the ability to learn, because they are not flexible in allowing they could possibly be wrong in what they presently believe. If you cannot accept that you may be wrong, you cannot expand your knowledge base...you stop learning. And when you do that, you are done!
