| Introduction | The aim of this blog is to showcase music from the alternative, emo, darkwave, heavy metal and industrial metal genres, and to share my discoveries on my own journey through what is often looked upon as a murky world by 'normal' people. If you are just starting to take an interest in the above genres, and you would like to learn more perhaps about what is available from a particular country, this is definitely the place to spend a while. Often, much of the music comes from countries that use a different language to English so sometimes it can be difficult searching good stuff up on youtube, so hopefully, I have been able to introduce you to some new bands (some of whom don't get as much promotion on English media channels as they should). |
