| Introduction | If you know me, then you know Amy. If you've run (or walked) with me, then you've run with Amy. If I have somehow encouraged you to get active, then you have Amy to thank. Amy (or Sargent/Sarge/Sgt.) is my neighbor friend who is an incredible motivator! She has an unremarkable radar for laziness & bullcrap, and simply won't take "no" for an answer if your reasons aren't good enough. It's a good thing, really. Everyone needs an Amy. If you don't already have one, get one!! Heck, if you catch me on a good day, I just might let you borrow mine! ;) |
