Introduction	Maury Seldin: Chairman of the Board (1985-current) and President Emeritus (1996-current), of the Homer Hoyt Institute, an independent not-for-profit research organization dedicated to improving the quality of real estate decision making. Also, founding President, 1967 and then Chairman of the Board (1982-2006) of what was the Homer Hoyt Advanced Studies Institute, renamed in 2007 to be the Maury Seldin Advanced Studies Institute, the corporate home of the Weimer School of Advanced Studies in Real Estate and Land Economics. Stephanie Rauterkus: Graduate degrees include, M.B.A. in Accounting and M.A. in International Economics from the University of Cincinnati, and Ph.D. in Finance from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. Publications in the Journal of Sustainable Real Estate, the Journal of Economics and Finance Education, the International Journal of Business Research and in Financial Management; and, papers presented at numerous conferences including the American Finance Association, American Real Estate Society, Eastern Finance Association, Financial Management Association, Midwest Finance Association and Southern Finance Association.
