| Introduction | Ok, I don't work, mainly because of problems caused by stupid asthma - people's perfumes etc can trigger a terrifying reaction and put me in hospital :( - but it could be worse. I am married to Mr Dude (aka Paul) who allows me to be myself and craft to my heart's content. So what crafts??? Mainly cardmaking and scrapbooking, but I also knit, sew, crochet and cross stitch. I also bake. I am very lucky in the fact that I live near enough the Kanban outlet in Shipley to be able to go and choose boxes of their terrific products. I am also blessed in the fact that I have some pretty amazing friends, some I have met and others only online. Where do I get my inspiration from? Watching Create and Craft, seeing new styles of cards on Joanna Sheen's forum and finding out how to do them, and with UK Scrappers - where I am in the Girls with Stash Team, members of the Green Buttons, the weekly challenges for points makes me think out the box sometimes with my layouts. We have been on some adventures (life itself is a great one!) so am slowly making a scrapbook of them |
