Introduction Being a narcissist, the option of writing as little doesn't really appeal to me. At the same time, being lazy deters me from the opposite. Let's have a battle of personalities here - The Narcissist v/s. The Lazybum. Now that's a paradox. How will the lazybum manage to even get up for the fight? And how will the narcissist manage to fight an aspect of his own self? Well...as usually happens, a middle way has been agreed upon by both my sides. And that is....I'm not gonna write anything more beyond what's already been said here (This appeases the lazybum in me). And that the narcissist has complete control of the blog area and he can...for all the lazybum cares...go on a literal rampage out there with nobody to stop him. So I guess you know enough about me to appreciate my blog well enough. :)
Interests Music, Movies, Books, Watching sports on TV.
Favorite Movies No clear favourites as such...I love any movie I see (atleast something about it) and I'm wise enough not to see movies where I won't like anything at all. But giving it a stronger thought, some movies that do come to my mind are Stanley Kramer's Judgement at Nuremberg & Inherit the wind, The Matrix & LOTR trilogies, the little of Kurosawa that I've seen (Ran, Yojimbo, Sanjuro and a couple of others) and the Star Wars series. Honourable mention to the Rocky Series and Clint Eastwood as Dirty Harry. Though these were not great pieces of filmmaking, I'll always cherish the Rocky series for the way they portrayed the ups and downs in the life of a boxer (Having been a pugilist myself in my school days, I can say that the in ring scenes in Rocky were the best ever choreographed sports scenes in movie history). And yeah...Eastwood is THE MAN!! And Dirty Harry his best act. Kickass dialogue and edge of the seat action - I can never get enough of enjoying Harry Callaghan on the screen. And talking of movies, it would be a shame to exclude my staple diet for 20 odd years of my life - Bollywood. Bollywood movies that come to mind when thinking about favourites are the Big B movies made by Hrishida, MMD, Yash Chopra (though I just don't approve of the trash coming out of YRF these days) and Prakash Mehra. And yeah...Sholay and Don too. I also like Gulzar's work a lot. My faves in contemporary bollywood are the Vidhu Vinod Chopra-Rajkumar Hirani combine and Vishal Bharadwaj. Arre...Mai Mithunda ko kaise bhool gaya re?
Favorite Music Hindustani classical, Vintage bollywood, Classic & Progressive rock, Hindustani classical based fusion.
Favorite Books Espionage thrillers by Frederick Forsyth, John le Carre, Tom Clancy etc. The works of Al Ries & Jack Trout; the works of Ed de Bono & the works of Sri Sri Paramahansa Yogananda.

Paper or briefs?

Paper? Never tried it. I'm sure the heat from my loins would tear it off in no time.
