About me

Introduction	Mike and I met July 2004 while I was living in Provo at the Rain Tree Apartments. My roomate and I were sitting on the steps of our apartment building. Mike was visiting some friends in our same building and were in the midst of a water fight when we were "welcomed" into the water fight. We were married July 1, 2006 in the Manti Temple. I worked at Cascade Family Medicine as a receptionist until from August 2005 to August 2009. I graduated from UVSC with my Bachelor's Degree in Business Management Spring 2008. Mike works for the church welfare at Deserert Meat and is attending UVSC working towards his Bachelors Degree in Business Management. On January 9, 2009 our first baby joined our family. We named him Tyson Perry Hazlett. Tyson weighed 7 pounds 9 ounces and was 19 inches long. On November 23, 2010 Eliza Hazlett joined our family. She weighed 6 pounds 9 ounces and was 19 inches long. They are the joy of our lives. We love being parents.
