Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
I try to wear scarves - I really do, I think they can really "add" to a look, but I either forget to grab one as I am running out of the door or I need to take if off because I don't want it to get into my experiments...
