IntroductionI am a 40-something wife and a mom of 2 crazy boys. I'm trading the fat lady life for a healthier lifestyle and losing weight so I can keep up with them and have more fun. I want to teach my boys that I AND they can do hard things - and choose to find the joy along the way.

Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?

That reminds me of a song by Laurie Berkner. She writes and sings kids music that is GREAT. It talks about fishes that after waking from their naps, start doing different things such as riding bicycles or brushing thier teeth and then they remember, "Wait a minute, we're fish! Let's go swimming, let's go swimming, oh, let's go swimming....at the bottom of the ocean." I love that song.
