Introduction	Born in Brooklyn, NY and raised in Queens, I attended the High School of ART and DESIGN in Manhattan and served in the US NAVY during the Viet Nam war. The Navy brought me to California as a home base and northern CA is where my wife and I have decided to settle. I obtained a BS Degree in Production and Operations Management. I spent 33 in business, 29 of which were in various leadership positions that included the disciplines of sales, marketing, and training. I am a business consultant and author helping sales managers and sales teams turn average and good performance into "world-class" performance.
