| Introduction | Welcome, ladies and gentlemen. I'm glad I have the chance to share with you what my life was like back when I was younger, and was constantly...listening to my world (not eavesdropping). Now that I'm a successful pediatric neurologist with a Nobel prize in medicine, I feel it's time to give back to the community even more with a snapshot of what my life was like when I was a teenager. I look back and laugh at how simple life was back then. For example, if I wanted to listen to Taylor Swift, my idol as a teenager, I would only be able to listen to her; now she appears in front of me in hologram form. Also, food has changed so much. I can hardly believe ice cream was even legal back then! (But, I don't know how I would have been able to survive high school without my favorite tasty treat). |
