| Introduction | Hi, My name is Danielle and I am from what some may call the middle of nowhere--North Dakota. I have lived here my whole life and enjoy the small town and country living. I spend as much time as I can outside in the summer to enjoy the nice weather before the below freezing temperatures of the winter set in. I love wellness, fitness, and health hence why I started this blog. But it has not come easy for me. I love to eat good food and could indulge in half the bag of peanutbutter cups if no one stopped me. I am kicking my bad habbit of yoyo dieting, fad dieting, and now finding my soulmate workout. Which in actuallity is not just about the workout but how I feel about me! I think that eveyone has something that motivates them. I have found what has fired me up to fitness and that is accountability through socail media. Find what inspires you. |
