Introduction	I didn't start out this way. I remember growing up with parents who didn't cook, regularly drank Folgers or Maxwell House, and occasionally splurged on Denny's or Applebees. Regular meals were, well, regular in the sense that we had very little variety and certain days often seemed to coincide with certain food types. You know because many of you have experienced such repetition because your parents may not like cooking either or maybe they have a narrow palette and mixing it up would be a little too wild. Whatever the case, this experience left me longing to go out and try to find food I liked, which then led me to find coffee I liked. The latter was much more difficult because I didn't really like coffee, but all of that changed when I visited my first cafe. Now about this page...this is a little blog dedicated to the art of coffee. This blog seems like a very specific, overly narrow food/travel blog, but I'll do my best to keep it interesting. The first cafes I'll post on will be in Vermont though I will definitely spread myself over the U.S. as I travel (when I'm not so broke and unemployed). So here goes and if you can imagine a drumroll, please insert it here...
