| Introduction | I have worked in the wireless industry for 3 years now. I take care of anything from new activiations, upgrades, billing questions and disputes, rate plan analysis, etc. The company I work for has a great relationship with their customers by proactively monitoring their accounts to ensure they are being taken care of. We are currently able to monitor Sprint and Verizon with other carriers soon to follow. |
