| Introduction | I love baking, but still consider myself very amateur. In this blog I want to chronicle my baking "growth" and the projects that I take on. I LOVE when birthday time comes around for my kids, I will always make their cakes and plan their parties myself (as long as they will let me). It makes me really happy to make food that brings both visual and taste enjoyment to others.
