Introduction	This story has inspired me for many years to make a difference and no gesture is too small. So i put a tattoo of a sea star on my foot to remind me. The Starfish Story: One day, a man was walking along a beach covered in thousands of starfish. In the distance, he saw a young boy picking them up and tossing them back into the ocean. The man said, “You can’t possibly make a difference.” The boy gently threw another into the water and replied: “It made a difference to that one.” Adapted from The Star Thrower by Loren Eiseley
