| Introduction | I am a woman on a mission! I am on the mission to become a healthier person. I am overweight. Now to look at me I don't look bad, but look closer and you can tell that I do have some extra pounds. I am at least 35-40 pounds overweight. I am tired of this extra weight and I am ready to find myself again. I've let myself go for far to long and now I am doing something about it. This blog is my journey. I hope it keeps me motivated. Therefore, it is for me, about me, and to encourage me. Follow along if you like, be my accountability if you will. But I plan to succeed!! I WILL REACH MY GOALS! IT CAN BE DONE!! |
