| Introduction | A self-proclaimed foodie, proud Lincolnite and avid traveler, I have a deep appreciation for the inconspicuous yet rich Food and Dining scene in Lincoln, Nebraska. My first love (after food) was soccer. I played at UNL and used it as an excuse to live and travel around the world. It has been amazing and given me a true appreciation for my hometown. Now, I wouldn't want to be anywhere in the world but here. I have three sisters and my poor fiance, Matt, has to put up with all of us (but loves it). Needless to say, there is never a dull moment. We are all best friends– each distinctively different and uniquely the same. Katy is a sou Chef in New York City. Ally is her identical twin and a first year law student. Anne is my twin, and main partner in crime. This is my main team of critics– and source of information and entertainment. It is my mission to discover and celebrate Lincoln– through food.
