Introduction	I am President of Xtreme Fit Studio, LLC a Professional Fitness Instructor, and Motivational Speaker. I currently reside in Winchester, VA. I have acquired the following Fitness Certifications: ACE Personal Trainer, AFAA Primary Group Fitness, Turbo Kick™, and PiYo™, and PHI Pilates- Mat Level 1 and Zumba (Latin Fitness). Cheering for the NFL Washington Redskins for 2 years was my introduction into fitness. I graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Individualized Studies: Deaf Theatre Communication Degree from George Mason University. I am fluent in sign language. Also, I am a thespian, if I am involved in good theatre work, it allows me to increase the awareness of my creative abilities. Another passion of mine is working with Children, especially those that have many challenges and obstacles to overcome; however most of all I love to see people Smile.
