Introduction	An Emergency Medicine Physician by training. I grew up in the mountains of Utah, spent time in Argentina and went to school in Virginia and Utah. I attempt to save people everyday from lifetimes of bad choices. This Blog is my attempt to decrease the number of people I need to help. I want to empower people to make good choices. I believe that technology will revolutionize medicine and one way it will do that is through personal health data. Health Trackers are one of the first forays into that realm. In this blog I will look at their use, give honest reviews through my first hand analysis and give recommendations. I will also review other services that people can use to stay away from my place of employ.
