| Introduction | I am a wife, mother (to one millennial and two fur babies) teacher, poet and aspiring children's book author. I've been writing poetry for as long as I can remember. Some of it is too private to ever share, too close to the heart to let others glimpse...Perhaps one day I will share those poems, but for now, I aim to write poetry that will bring joy and laughter to children. I believe that there is still a child in all of us, even if others don't always see that child. It is my hope that I will write children's poetry and picture books that can be enjoyed by children and their grown-ups for many years to come. - Patricia Brown |
