| Introduction | Hmmm, tis a strange thing when asked to write something about me. I remember meeting a very eminent psychiatrist and him asking so 'Who is Mrs P?' This question was delivered with lowered spectacles and an unspoken look of 'Keep It Brief Woman!' I was tempted to respond in 2nd year French along the lines of 'I am Mrs P and I am far too old and j'habite en Angletterre' I didnt..as I feared that this would have been too much for him to take on that day given the gravity of the situation we were discussing but it still lingers there in the back of my brain... Who Am I? Physically I am a genetic creation thanks to my parents, inheriting features - some good some bad and some I would need surgery to rectify- but mentally I am a kaleidescope of experiences - again thanks to my parents and friends and non friends...this makes me what I am.. I am unique just as everyone is. That is who I am. |
