| Introduction | I received Bachelor's degrees in English and Physical Education from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, and a Master's Degree in Physical Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. I coached golf, basketball and soccer four years at Averett College in Danville, Virginia, and taught four years at Colegio Internacional de Caracas (an American high school in Venezuela). I opened the first Nautilus gym (1980) and MedX rehabilitation center (1988) in South America. Since returning to the US, I have worked in fitness and rehabilitation centers as a certified MedX technician. In 2005 I published my first book, In Arthur's Shadow, a tribute to Nautilus/MedX inventor, Arthur Jones. |
