Introduction	Gail is a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve, holds an MA in Journalism and a Master's in Public Health and a Master's Certificate from the Naval Postgraduate School in Security, Stability and Development in Complex Operations. She'd like to eventually get a PhD. She has been following the use of U.S. military health capabilities for nation building and health diplomacy for several years and recently decided to blog about it.
