| Introduction | In his own words Mr. Schmidt describes himself as a member of the Body of Christ by faith in Jesus Christ and the fact of his spiritual re-birth through the redemption of Christ’s blood and the forgiveness of sins. Simply stated he is a Traditional dispensationalist. As a heaven-positioned member of the Body of Christ, his primary theology is Pauline-based, not that of Jesus' pre-cross ministry to Israel. Ken was ordained to the Gospel Ministry in 1976 after graduation from Central California Bible Institute at Los Altos California. He became the Senior Pastor of the Saratoga Hills Community Church in Saratoga CA while associated with the Christian Evangelism and Monetary Assistance Foundation from the fall of 1975 until December 1976. From 1976 to 1985 Rev. Schmidt produced and hosted Radio and Cable Television programs, which were broadcast over local stations in the San Francisco Bay Area, and Public Access Television Station Gil Cable channel 2b in San Jose CA. Among programs he produced were: “The Door to Life” radio broadcast over KFAX-AM San Francisco CA, Cable TV programs; “The Silent Ear” and “Born Again Ministries” on Gil Cable in San Jose CA. |
