Introduction	Hi All, This blog is mainly going to be about my weight loss journey following a gastric bypass in September 2015 to help my keep myself motivated for my final goal, which is to have more confidence, self-esteem and a slimmer waist line. Favorite Music	HIM, 80's, 90's, Nightwish, Prodigy, Bullet for my Valentine to name just a few.
Favorite Books	I find it very hard to pick favourite books as I have read that many and I love them all.
