Introduction	I am the lucky mother to three amazing children and the proud wife to a member of the U.S. Coast Guard. We live in beautiful Monterey, CA and life is good. I love to cook but not as much as I love to teach. I am pursuing my teaching credential and M.A. in Education. I do this blog in my spare time.
