Introduction	Five years a department store buyer ... 2 years at the Hecht Co., Washington, D.C., 3 years at Lit Brothers, Philadelphia ... And 3 earlier years as executive trainee and assistant buyer, Abraham & Straus, Brooklyn. One year with a Philadelphia advertising agency as a contact man. Four years as Director of Advertising-Sales Promotion for SCM/Shetland. Founded The Journeymasters in 1968. 1 of 7 founders and first full term president of SITE (Society of Incentive & Travel Executives). First president of the SITE Foundation, the research arm of the society. Earned the society's CITE designation 1985 (Certified Incentive Travel Executive). Recipient (one of only four to date) of SITE's Lifetime Achievement Award 2001. Winner of five 1st Place SITE Crystal Awards for our group trips. Originator of 39 landmark group events. (Many like the helicopter cocktail party atop Mendenhall Glacier still copied.) Creator of The SuperWeekender™ in 1972, the industry’s first individual incentive travel program.
