Introduction	My name is Chelle - aka WillowRaven - and I've been PSPing and using Animation Shop since late 2003. I am copyright aware and I make "sig tags" and scrap kits (full size and taggers - see my blog "Purple Dragonfly Creations" in the Resources area). I am somewhat new to tutorial writing (have pretty much done 'how to's' for Incredimail and PSP), and decided to try putting them on a blog.
