| Introduction | My name is Chelle - aka WillowRaven - and I've been PSPing and using Animation Shop since late 2003. I am copyright aware and I make "sig tags" and scrap kits (full size and taggers - see my blog "Purple Dragonfly Creations" in the Resources area).
