| Introduction | Hi, I'm Mrs Shoestring, thrifty, frugal and aiming towards early retirement. For many years I volunteered and worked in alternative organisations with low pay, so a full pension is unlikely. This blog chronicles our journey towards early retirement so we can continue to work for nothing when we are older ! There are 5 in the family, Mr and Mrs Shoestring, USA Shoestring who is our oldest currently running his own business out of Boston, Miss Shoestring and Master Shoestring. |
