| Introduction | On a journey to being a more healthy individual. I have lost a lot of pounds in my life, unfortunately they always find their way back to me. This time i have to make exercise a part of my life for good. Through the awesome support of my family, friends and co-workers i will succeed. I want my daughters to grow up with a healthy attitude about weight, food and exercise, so that they do not struggle with these things their whole life. I want to chase them in the ocean waves without having to stop and rest. |
