Introduction	Although I was raised in a Christian family, I came to a personal conviction of faith in Christ on April 1988, 5 months before my 12th birthday. I was baptized by immersion in July 1989, and have been actively involved in church works and Christian outreaches since then. Between 1989 and 1993 I took up leadership responsibilities in the Christian fellowship in my high school as well as a youth group of my local church. As a university undergraduate I actively became part of the Baptist Student Fellowship on campus, and in my 3rd and 4th year became Bible Study Secretary and President of the Fellowship respectively. In the course of my undergraduate work I became more intellectually conscious and curious, and I benefited a great deal from the works of evangelical apologists like Francis Schaeffer, C.S. Lewis, John Stott, as well as great devotional writers like Oswald Chambers, A.W. Tozer, and Watchman Nee, among others. As a result I became much more resourceful as a Christian student leader, wrote 3 small books, and more than 40 Bible studies and other devotional articles, which were distributed in large numbers within and outside my university campus.
