| Introduction | I am a clinically trained, educational psychologist. I have worked in inner city schools, in special education, and have done much grief work related to students and the families of students. In addition, for twenty-four years, I was in private practice relating to relational, growth and transitional issues. I was on the Behavioral Health Education Staff with Kaiser and taught Mindfulness based courses in anger management, depression, anxiety, stress and couples communication. I am a student of behavior, with particular interest in the areas of education, relationships and politics. I am interested in how public policy impacts the lives,welfare and health of our community. I have written about relationship, education and Mindfulness practices in daily life. |
