Introduction The Swedish Diet is not only a diet: it is a lifestyle. Eating according to The Swedish Diet is to minimize your intake of carbohydrates and to eat more natural fat: aka Low Carb High Fat. Other health benefits are improved asthma (personal experience), good cholesterol, more energy and a happy stomach. My name is Louisa, a girl in my 20’s. I live in both Sweden & in Canada: Fat Friendly vs. Fat Phobic. This has made me even more inspired to spread the word of LCHF- It is time to realize that natural fat is good for us and is what keeps us healthy and slender and that the margarine and the low fat lifestyle is what made us fat and sick!
