| Introduction | My interest in craft beer was sparked when I first tasted Franziskaner on a trip to Europe during summer 2008. Upon returning to the states, I discovered this beer was readily available in my area. Shortly after, I read Michael Jackson's "Great Beers of Belgium." After reading the book and trying La Chouffe for the first time, I began to realize that my passion for craft beer was solidified. |
