Introduction	Riwaka School is the only school in Riwaka. Riwaka is partly surrounded by hills, mountains and beaches. It is a small village near Motueka and Kaiteriteri beach. Riwaka has a long horticultural history, so there are a lot of orchards around Riwaka. The main orchards have apples, pears and kiwifruit. There are also some hop and grape vines growing in Riwaka. In Room 7 we all get along well because most of us have been through kindergarten and school together. We are very respectful of each other and each other's feelings. We play sports together. We also have the awesomest teacher ever, Ms Smits. Our favourite sports are netball, rugby, soccer, swimming and hockey. Our favourite foods are pizza, steak, burgers and fries, pasta and lasagne. Our favourite animals are sharks, tigers, dogs, cats, hyenas, fish, horses and pandas. Enjoy our fantastic Blog entries! :-)
