Introduction We are in the age of marketing aspirations instead of goods and services: happiness, longevity, wellness, love, faith and spiritual enlightenment, among others. We constantly look outside ourselves to fix what’s inside. Many of us a need a road map to adeptly navigate our days. We may look to a mentor, therapist, teacher, retreat, celebrity, athlete, book, diet, pill, and purse – anything to find the answers. If we are seeking this “bandages” we must be broken. Are we really that bad, or do we have goals, desire and ambition; or is indecision, frustration, competition, insecurity your toxin. What defines accomplishment and personal fulfillment?
